Shiseido celebrated its 140th anniversary honoring its heritage and embracing an exciting future
Valuecom implemented a 360° campaign for Shiseido that was rolled out across multiple consumer touchpoints: owned media, print, broadcast, online and social media and in-store.
The objective was to leverage the cosmetic brand’s anniversary story in order to generate positive coverage, build their Facebook community and raise awareness and build advocacy amongst influencers and consumers.
Valuecom combined digital initiatives on Facebook with conventional PR and a brand exhibition in Athens’ biggest shopping mall. They invited beauty, fashion and lifestyle influencers and celebrities along to a VIP event and encouraged all of them to spread the word via social media.
The campaign resulted in a 50% increase in fans on Facebook, a 60% increase in engagement online and Shiseido’s media coverage over doubled in volume.
