Eduard Dressler, official partner of ZEITmagazin’s conference, Mode & Stil, along with brand ambassador, Till Brönner, impressed guests with an unusual opening installation at the historic Kronprinzenpalais cultural centre in Berlin on 19th January 2015.
Till Brönner, world renowned jazz musician, wowed conference guests with his “Faces of Talent” exhibition. The series of black-and-white portraits revealed a new and exciting side to the Grammy nominee’s artistic abilities.
The Mode & Stil conference, organised by ZEITmagazin and German Vogue, kicked off this season’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin. The main topic of discussion was Fashion loves Berlin. There was considerable focus on Berlin’s future as an international fashion centre, in light of the recent news of fashion trade fair, Bread & Butter’s, recent insolvency. A number of high-profile industry personalities and insiders, such as Mario Testino, Berlin’s correspondent for Women’s Wear Daily, Melissa Drier and Nadja Swarovski, all gathered to discuss Germany’s future as a leading world fashion centre.
Christiane Arp, consequently used the gathering to announce the founding of the German Fashion Design Council (GFDC), which brings together eminent German fashion experts and high-level representatives from the fashion and creative industries.
Other headspace pr clients – illycaffè and hairstyling brand, Sebastian Professional – were also crowd pleasers at the Kronprinzenpalais.
