Talk PR have launched a dedicated learning platform, created to ensure staff are equipt with the skills required to develop their careers
Talk PR has just launched its bespoke ‘Learning & Inspiration Programme’ designed to equip staff at the agency with the knowledge, skills and support required to help them get the most out of their roles at the agency and develop the skills required to thrive in the consumer PR world.
The Programme is applicable for all staff, at all levels and is designed to develop personal, managerial and leadership skills, focusing on work, relationships and communications both externally and within Talk PR, providing a holistic approach to staff’s development. The Programme is hosted centrally on a specially designed online portal and consists of 52 master class workshops, hosted by external training experts and members of Talk PR’s senior management team, 18 e-learning courses and more.
The Learning & Inspiration Programme supports the agency’s commitment to developing talent, both within the agency and in aspiring PR professionals and forms part of its multi-level career development programme, Talk Talent.
